 Here are the two options for getting subscribed on to the email lists:

This option only gets you signed up to receive e-mail messages:
1.  Send an e-mail to "ETCG-Gymnastics-subscribe@yahoogroups.com".  It does NOT have to have anything in the subject.
2.  You will receive a confirmation e-mail in a minute or so. 
3.  Just hit "reply" to that confirmation.  Again, you don't need to add anything to your email.
4.  Once this is done, you will be added to the e-mail list.  If you are on the cheer or gymnastics competition team, be sure to join those e-mail lists too!  They are:

etcg-cheer-subscribe@yahoogroups.com

etcg-competition-subscribe@yahoogroups.com

The second option will give you access to the groups messages(email), files, photos, links, polls, and calendar.

1. Goto WWW.YAHOO.COM.  If you already have a Yahoo ID just login with your ID and skip to #3
2. On the right side of the yahoo.com page, there is a link to sign up for free e-mail.  Click that like and create a yahoo ID.
3. Once you have logged in to Yahoo, on the left side of the page click the link to "GROUPS".
4.  In the "Find a Yahoo! Group" box, enter "ETCG" and click search.  (this may not work until tomorrow, I just found out that the gymnastics and competition groups were not listed in the directory.  I fixed the problem, but it may take overnight for them to be found using search.)
5.  This should list the three ETCG groups "etcg gymnastics", "etcg-cheer", and "etcg-competition".  (plus a couple others that have etcg in thier names).
6.  Click on the group you want to join. 

7.  On the right of the page there is a "Join this group" button.  Fill out the page and hit join at the bottom.  I will get a message to approve the memberships (again to keep spammers out).

Test the NEW ETCG website!!!!!
